After a few bad experiences with other companies and franchises, I was referred to TSC. Meeting with the owner, Lance, I could he was genuine about the people he hired and the extra services around the home. Our experience has been five star all the way.
I had hired a caretaker from another agency and it was mehh to say the least, they mostly watched TV all day with my mom. Now we went from a "nanny" like service to one where she gets to go to the museum or other things with her caretaker. Glad we made the switch!
They go over and change the air filters and check on the house once a month and its included. Saves me the headache of remembering and now I know the air is clean. Our caretaker is great too, my mother has no complaints and is happy when I go to visit.
