As an Arizona native who spent nearly two decades in staffing high level healthcare professionals, I witnessed a growing need—outside of medical care, for real, meaningful support at home.
From my own experience struggling to find reliable in‑home care for a loved one, I saw firsthand the frustration of inattentive caregivers, broken promises, and a lack of true care. I knew families deserve better—care that is dependable, thoughtful, and truly human.
That’s why I started True Stay Care. I knew I could take my experience in recruiting and vetting high level staff and could offer something different: elevated home care that doesn’t just meet basic needs, but actually improves quality of life. That means finding the best caregivers that offer companionship, trust, and a level of personal attention that feels more like family. It also means offering concierge-style services that make daily life smoother and more enjoyable.
Because when you are paying for care, you deserve more than just the bare minimum. You deserve someone who cares and enhances their life each and every day. You also deserve a company that goes above and beyond in their services and stands behind their word.

After a few bad experiences with other companies and franchises, I was referred to TSC. Meeting with the owner, Lance, I could tell he was genuine about the people he hired and the extra services around the home. Our experience has been five star so far.
I had hired a caregiver from another agency and it was mediocre to say the least, they mostly watched TV all day with my mom. With True Care, we went from a "nanny" service to one where she receives great care and also gets to go on nice outings. They took her to the art museum last month and she really enjoyed it.
Angela, our steward, is great , my sister has been happy when I see her and that is big with her dementia. I love that the company goes over and changes the air filters once a month. I even had them coordinate a plumbing repair and did not have to be present, they handled it. These things help me tremendously as her primary family member.
